About:Dress Code in China

Intend to visit Shanghai, Beijing and Qingdao for business visit for a week from 16th March 2011. How is the weather and what sort of clothes should be carried in this time of the year? Will a blazer or non woolen suit suffice? Never travelled to China before hence these queries.

Take the weather report on March 16 for example, it is 0-14 degrees in Beijing, 5-12 degrees in Shanghai and 2-10 degrees in Qingdao. I think sweater is still necessary.
