Howcome mostly of the Chinese people working in the airport doesnt know how to speak English???How are they able to help foreigners if they do not know how to communicate?I had a connecting flight in China and had to go to another terminal but the 3 chinese people that I asked for directions uttered no english,no english.It was so very frustrating! you cant even read their names because its on chinese characters!

Really? I find it easy to find the directions in most of the Chinese airports, since there are distinctive signs both in Chinese and English.
