About:Chinese Embassy in Yemen

Hi,

I am going to apply for a Business Visa from the Chinese Embassy in Yemen. I am a Pakistani National so would I need to pay the visa fees here ?

I currently have the following documents :

1. Invitation Letter from Duly Authorized Unit
2. Invitation Letter from Company in China
3. Passport with more than 6 months Validity
4. 12 months Residence Permit in Yemen

Do I need any other documents ?
One more thing, the company in China will be responsible for all my expenses, which is also mentioned in their letter. Do I still need to get a return ticket or itinerary before applying for the visa ?

Last Question: If I have to pay the visa fees, do they accept cash or bank Cheque ?

Dear Ms.Miles,

Thank you for your feedback. I have already arranged both the forms, but I have one minor problem. The flight date mentioned in both my invitation letters was 7th March.
I was supposed to get the visa before this date but unfortunately I received the letters a bit late.

What should I do now ? Can I still apply using these documents ?

Don't worry, you can still apply for business visa by using these documents.

You will not be charged with any visa fee to China. You need to fill application form (both V2011A and V2011B) and with passport-sized photo stuck to it. Prepare copies of all those documents you have when submit your visa application. Return ticket and itinerary is required when visa officers deem necessary, so, you'd better prepare for them beforehand.

Dear Mr.Richard,

I am pleased to hear that. I would like to clarify one more thing.
The company where I currently work in Yemen and the company who has sent me the visa form China are two different companies. I already have the invitation letter from the Company in China.
In order to apply for the visa, do I also need a letter from the company here in Yemen with whom I am currently working ?
