About:Shanghai Weather

hi i'll be going to shanghai for the first time on wednesday,feb 23. what type of clothes and shoes should i wear if its rainy? I will be spending most of the time indoor due to the conference. I would assume there would be heaters to keep us warm?

The temperature will be about 4~10C on that day. It is still a little cold, warm clothes and boots are needed. There is heater in the room to keep you warm in Shanghai.
