About:Shopping in Guangzhou

Hi,I'm going to travel to guanzhou this march,I will stay at new pearl river international apartment,where can I buy cheap thing like cloth,shoes,ets?and is there any discount on march?and if so,could you please tell me how I can get there?

It you would like to do shopping, it is suggested that you go to city center such as Shangxiajiu and Beijing Road. However, there is no big sale promotion in March.
