About:Shenzhen Weather

I'll be going to HK and shenzhen this march.

is it still cold on March?
is it possible for me to get shenzhen 3day visa in luohu border?

It is not cold on March in HK and Shenzhen. The temperature is around 20C, warm and pleasant.
It is hard to get a visa on arrival at Luohu border, but you may have a try. I think you'd better apply a Chinese visa in advance in your country.
