About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Hi, my Mom and my sister will go to Kuala Lumpur for a short vacation. I heard that is it possible to get a china visa in there. Does it apply also to a first time applicant who never been to China?

It seems it`s easier to obtain a visa from a Malaysia than to Philippines since there are no requirements needed. I just want them to come over to Shanghai for a short visit.

Thanks

It doesn't apply to a first time applicant who never been to China, it is hard for Filipinos to get a China visa all over the world.
