I wish to visit Shanghai for the first time. I am concerned about too cold a weather? When is the best time to visit it with temperature like Manila cold weather in the average?Also, I will be there for a hunt of bargain electronic gadgets. What is the best and safe one stop shop to go?Finally, how much does an interpreter service costs if I take him / her in shopping?

From March to May is recommended as the best time to travel Shanghai. For electronics, you may go to Saige Electronics market at no. 500 Qiujiang Road, Zhabei District. I think you have to pay at least CNY300-500 for an interpreter per day.
