Are tourist atttractions open during day 1 and 2 of Chinese new year in Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hongkong?

Hi, sorry just checking out..are tourist atttractions open during day 1 and 2 of chinese new year in guangzhou shenzhen and hong kong?and what is the earliest bus that leaves guangzhou to macau?how much is it and where should i take it?pls advise..thx
