Hello,i will be arriving in guangzhou from wuhan in january by the high speed train which will stop in guangzhou south station.i want to go to hong kong by MTR train.

1.i want to know if the metro line from guangzhou south to guangzhou east has opened,and if not how can i go to guangzhou east station?

2.Will i be able to buy the hong kong MTR tickets at the station,i mean will it be available or the train will be already full?
