I am going to be Traveling to shanghai to visit some friends in January . My company which has an office in shanghai asked me to hand carry 2 servers with me in my luggage and drop them off at our office while I was visiting. How do I declare these? The servers are worth approximate 200 us each. I am traveling on leisure but the servers will stay in shanghai.

You may ask your company to provide a proof about the servers for you when you make the declaration. You may not have to pay any tax, since the two servers only worth 400 US totally.
