i recently ordered some items on december 8, on the 10th items was delivered for shipping.

Question

I recently ordered some items on December 8, on the 10th items was delivered for shipping. I was told items would ship via EMS which can take up to 8 business days. Seller did not ship EMS but China Post tracking number given was RR926484067CN. It wasn't until I filed a dispute that I can find any info using tracking number in status it say posting. It has said this for 3 days already. These were gifts for Christmas , will I ever receive my order? Please help

Hey Ms Dyell, if this will give you any comfort, I am also in the same boat, I posted a package for my girlfriend in Austria and 2 weeks and counting still not arrived. I did it by EMS which is usually reliable from my experience, but I guess the Christmas jam and traffic will slow things down a bit. My best bet will to call a hotline(for EMS - 11185) but you will need to speak chinese(i suppose), they can help out a bit but for the other couriers, google their hotline and let someone you know who speaks chinese help you out. Good luck. I am also fretting whether the package wil reach just in time for Christmas.Just may be Santa is jamming the way with his big frame and goodies.
