I will travel to Shanghai during 31Dec 2010 til 3Jan2011 so I would like to know that are there any Count Down Celebration In Shanghai or not? Is it hold at the Bund(Hangpu River)? R there any fireworks by the river? or Normaly what should I do during Counting Down in Shanghai?
