About:Shanghai Nightlife

I will travel to Shanghai during 31Dec 2010 til 3Jan2011 so I would like to know that are there any Count Down Celebration In Shanghai or not? Is it hold at the Bund(Hangpu River)? R there any fireworks by the river? or Normaly what should I do during Counting Down in Shanghai?

As I know, there will be a large New Year's party held in the site of 2010 Shanghai Expo(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/shanghai/worldexpo/) from 22:30 to 00:10. Then, a creative Counting down celebration will be held~
