I think it is Ok for you to visit these places in one day. You can bus 99 or 77 from New Trend Plaza, King's Road to Aberdeen Tunnel Toll Plaza. Then walk to visit the Ocean Park. After that, you can take bus 43 from Ocean Park to Sham Wan to visit Jumbo Kingdom. Then take bus 75 from Sham Wan to Central (Exchange Square) and transfer to bus 1 to the Peak. When back, take bus 15 from The Peak to Wah Yan College Hong Kong, Queen's Road East. Then transfer to from  St. Joseph's College Primary School, Queen's Road East to Tin Chong Street, King's Road. You can then walk to the hotel.
