Hi, my family and I are planning to visit HK and Shen Zen from 12th to 17th December for the holiday. Any advice on what's the weather like in both cities,and should we bring extra warm clothes like sweaters, wind breakers and all?

Shenzhen weather is smilar with Hong Kong Weather(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/climate/hongkong.htm) . The average temperature is about 13~22C during Dec. It is cool, but not too cold. You have no need to bring sweaters and wind breakers. Long-sleeved inner shirts and jacket are OK.
