About:China Customs Declaration

Im a Chinese Passport holder with indefinite leave to remain in the UK
I lived in the UK for the past 8 years and im currently exchanging from a university in the UK at Hong kong university at the moment
during the christmas this year Im going to visit my Grand dad in mainland china for 3 weeks
i will be travelling through lo wu both in and out of shenzhen as my flight as from shenzhen to changsha
I have an apple macbook pro which i will take in and out of china in a matter of 3 weeks
as a chinese citizen I know i will have to declare at shenzhen, but on the way back from shenzhen to hong. would i be likely to get the tax i paid back as im bringing the item back out?

If you pay for the tax, you will not get it back I think. As I know, some city's custom allow Apple products for personal use entering without tax.

if i cannot get the tax back
is there anyway I'd likely to not to have to pay for the tax? I won't do anything illegal. I heard from alot of my friends that the chinese boarder control are very strict especially between shenzhen and hong kong
