Dear Madam/Sir,I am interested to book a flight from Shanghai to Lhasa for 15 March, 2011. I shall be travelling with my Chinese friend. My Chinese friend has been able to book her seat on the same date for RMB794, but she is unable to book the flight for me. I am from Pakistan. How can I book a rebated ticket? Is there any bar on foreigners to book a rebated ticket. So will there be a period when rebated tickets will be offered so that I can myself book from my location in Pakistan and pay through my credit card?Thank you and regardsSyed Ataur Rahman

You need to apply for Tibet Travel Permit. And it is not allowed to travel in Tibet alone. You'd better join a tour package and ask the agency to apply for the permit as well as book the air ticket for you. Besides, China Visa is also a must.
