I sourced some information for you :
1. take bus from Yiwu Binwang Bus Station（宾王客运中心）to Huangshan .it takes about 9 hours .
2. take bus or train to Hangzhou first,then take bus or train from hangzhou to huangshan as there is many bus and train go to huangshan from hangzhou .

Do you mean Huangshan City or Mt.Huangshan? Well, there is only a few of buses departing from Yiwu Long-distance Bus to Huangshan City, taking about 9 hours. And, no direct transport to Mt. Huangshan. After arrive in Huangshan City, you could take a bus or taxi to Mt. Huangshan easily.

On the other hand, you could take an express train from Yiwu to Hangzhou City in one hour. Then, at Hangzhou West Bus Station, there are buses departing to Huangshan City or Mt. Huangshan directly. The bus journey is about 6 hours.
