About:Nanjing Long-Distance Bus

im going to guilin in late january and was wondering if the rain would cause them to not have river tours as i would only be going if able to ride on the river, rain or not, thanks

There is no heavy rain in Guilin in January, only slight rains. The weather will be a little cold then.
