I am confirmed on flight CZ 328 for sunday nov. 21 electronic ticket # CA/WERC9
What do I need to do to buy an up grade to business class? Pls let me know

You would better contact the airlines or the booking agency through whom you booked the ticket to upgrade your class. Or, you could do it when you check in if the business class is till available at that time.
