1. From Shenzhen to Macau, you can take ferry at Shekou Port, from HK to SZ, you can take MTR from any MTR Stations on East Rail Line, such as Hung Hom. East Mong Kok, Kowloon Tong, etc.
2. It depends on which area you'll stay, if you stay at Luohu Area, it takes around 1 hour to the airport.
3. There are many hotels, I think the ones at Luohu Railway Station are more convenient for transport from Hong Kong and to Macau, you can search for hotel at Shenzhen Hotel.

2. U mean stay at Luohu area, still need to take 1 hours to airport then only take a ferry to Macau?
3. Is there any hotel is near by Shekou Port? Do you mean, stay at Louhu Area is covenience place to do all the transit?
4. Any MRT service in ShenZhen city? (included to Luohu Airport/Port or Shekou Port)

2. Yes, you need to take more than one hour subway and bus to get to Shekou Port, I mean it is convenient for you to get there, since once you arrive at Shenzhen from Hong Kong, it is at Luohu area, you don't need to go a long way for your hotel if you stay at there.
3. There are hotels near Shekou Port, such as the Nanhai Hotel.
4. There are subway line 1 and 2 in Shenzhen, very convenient to travel. But they are just in some limited area, mostly from Luohu to Shennan Avenue area. There is no subway to the airport and Shekou Port, but subway line 1 is at Luohu Boarder.
