Hi, Temple Street is very close to Evergreen Hotel, you can have food there, and also you can take MTR to Mong Kok for shopping.Yes, the only way from Hong Kong to Macau is by ferry, you can take ferry to Macau and tour around, better take ferry to Macau Taipa Ferry Termina, you can take free Shuttle Bus to Venetian Macau.
