i am looking at getting from chengdu to hong kong.

Question

I am looking at getting from Chengdu to Hong Kong. I have looked on sites for train travel and it seems to take about 40 hours as I would need to go from Chengdu, up near Beijing and back down (not sure why). Can anyone suggest the best way to get there? I am now thinking of flying, but would anyone know the rough cost to get from Chengdu to HK via air?? Thanks in advance!!

Hi,there is no direct train from Chengdu to Hong Kong, thus you need to make a transfer at Beijing. I think the best way is to take flight. The air ticket fare varies in different days.
