About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Hi,

I would appreciate your answer to my query. I am British citizen with a HK ID card. I would like to apply for HKSAR passport. Will I be able to submit my application from Singapore?
How long will the process take, as I intend on visiting HK in november and I would like to pick it up when I am there.
Where can I submit my application?

Thank you

You are eligible to apply for a HKSAR Passport if you are a Chinese citizen, have the Right of Abode (ROA) in the HKSAR and are holding a valid Hong Kong permanent identity card (PIC).
