I'm visiting Qingdao in early November, (1) can someone plse tell me the quicker way by shuttle from airport to Huanghai Hotel and the cost (2) if by taxi, how much approx. ? (2) 2 days after, I shall head forward to Jinan by train (CRH), can I purchase train tickets at airport upon arrival ? or any location at Huanghai Hotel close by ?   Thanks

1. The best way is to take airport shuttle bus to the final station and then take taxi to your hotel. If by taxi, costs around 80 RMB. 2. Train ticket is not available at the airport, you can ask the hotel to book ticket for you or you can go to Qingdao Railway Station to buy one yourself, the railway station is around 3 kilometers to your hotel, you can take taxi there.

hi celia, tks for your comments. do you think the hotel I choose, Huanghai Hotel or Zhanqiao Prince Hotel will be more suitable and convenience to me ? My itinerary : 11/1 arriving Qingdao and leaving for Jinan on 11/3 by train in the evening by CRH 6:50 pm

Well, both of these two hotels do have very good locations to these tourism spots. And, the Zhanqiao Prince Hotel is a little closer to the Railway Station. I think both are ok~

Hi there, can someone tell me: if I take the airport shuttle no. 2 to downtown railway station and catch a cab to Huanghai Hotel, how much the taxi fare wound be ? Or, I take a taxi directly from airport to Huanghai Hotel, what'is the fare approx.? Second, can I purchase train tickets from the said railway station for Qingdao to Jinan, and Jinan to Beijing ?  Tks
