1. Take MTR to Central Station and then take ferry at Central No. 2 Pier, there are direct ferries from No. 2 Pier to Noah's Ark. Costs around HKD18 per person.2. Take MTR to Admiralty station and then take Bus 629, costs around HKD20 per person.3. Take MTR from Disney Resort Station to Tung Chung Station and then take Bus S1 to the airport, costs around HKD18 per person.You are welcome.

Thank you so much for your response Mr. Hongkong man. I do have another question: Is Noah's Ark near Disneyland? Because we are considering to check out from our hotel in the morning, go to Noah's Ark with our luggage and then proceed to check in at disneyland in the afternoon. What to you think? You can take MTR from Tsing Yi Station to Disney Resort Station. You can do that, taking taxi from Noah's Ark to Disneyland is also preferable.
