About:Dual Nationality

I'm the great granddaughter of Yap tauco a chinese who migrated in Guagua,Pampanga, Philippines.He married my great grandmother Joaquina Fernando of Angat, Bulacan, Philippines. They had son,my grandfather named Felipe Fernando Yap also known as Felipe Fernando.My grandfather married my grandmother, Marta David Timbol of San Jose, San Fernando, Pampanga. They had many childre. Enrique Timbol Fernando born sometime in 1916. Pedro Timbol Fernando born sometime in 1918. Pacifico Fernando born sometime in 1920. Jose Timbol Fernando born sometime in 1922.My father, Juanito Timbol Fernando, born on August 7, 1924 in Pikit, Cotabato, Philippines.Dominador Timbol Fernando born sometime in 1926. Mercedes Timbol Fernando, born sometime in February 18, 1928. My grandmother together with all her children had a vacation in China last December 17,1932. The entered thru Beijing. For un unknown reason my grandparents separated. My grandmother brought back to the Philippines her 5 children. She left Enrique and Pedro in China. They have not returned to the Philippines up to this time.
We don't know if they are still alive by this time. Am I entitled to get a chinese citizenship? If yes, what are the requirements? And how long is the processing? How much will it cost me? Thank you?

You need to find your family in China and contact them. Then you can apply for Chinese citizenship which means you gave up Philippines citizenship. It needs over half a year, I guess. Have no idea about the cost but it is not easy.
