Gongbei custom

Any suggestions on how can I reshuffle my schedules?
If possible, pls let me know of the buses I can take in case there is no free shuttle.
Also, I have a problem, the first venetian shuttle bus starts 11am...
and does lisboa provides gongbei shuttle bus?
