About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

we have a 8 hour stop over in bejing on our way to USA ,WE ARE A FAMILY OF 4 (2ADULTS AND 2 KIDS) pls adv if we can make a use of the time and visit the city without visa .

NO, you need to apply for a visa to visit Beijing. Or if you can apply for one in Visa office in the airport.
