After arriving at Beijing airport, take airport shuttle bus to Beijing South Railway Station and then take D-train to Shanghai. Most of the trains arrive at Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station and you can take Subway Line 2 to downtown. Timetable:07:47, 09:50, 11:05, 21:21, 21:26, 21:36, 21:41, 21:46.
