About:Chinese Embassy in France

Dear sir,

I'm a Hong Kong citizen and currently living in Zurich Switzerland. I visited Paris the last weekend and my wallet was stolen right before I left Paris so I didn't have time to file a police report. My question is that can I file the police report online or by phone? If yes, appreciate if you can provide me the website address or the telephone. Ideally accessible in English since I don't know French. I have some important documents in wallet and really need to get them back even if I cant get the money back.

Thanks a lot,
Elaine
