About:Exit Regulations of China

I want to buy goods worth of 24,000usd and they demanded for a 30% deposite before production which is around 7020usd,now that i want to visit the company,wil i be free to travel with the cash without having problem

So, you have to travel with the cash more than 7000USD. No problem for that. If you are possible to take more than 5000USD cash while leaving China, declare it while entering China and fill two piece of the same declaration paper.
