About:Harbin Ice and Snow World

Good day. I'm interested to go to Harbin Snow Festival. Can you please give me specific month that is quite okey to go? Kindly please give me what is the best airline to get in going there. Want to option: I'm coming from Manila, Philippines to Harbin and the other route is from South Korea to Harbin. Vise Versa.

It is ikay to go late December since Christmas, Jan, Feb. Jan is the best time. I guess there is no direct from manila to Harbin! Consider a connecting flights of the same airline company, cheaper. Acoording to current flight status, it is cheaper to go via Beijing by China Southern Airlines.
