About:Chinese Consulate in Melbourne

Hi, I'm going to China at the end of this month but i'm still waiting for my student visa. i'm holding bridging visa A so i can't apply for chinese visa now.
Hopefully, i'll get it by next week.
So, i would like to know where i should submit my application. Is it The Consulate General of The People's Republic of China in St kilda road or the Chinese Visa Application Service Center? which one i can get my visa faster?
thanks

You need to submit your visa application to the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Melbourne because the China consulate in Melbourne only accepts China visa application from diplomatic/service/official passport holders.
