27th August, 2010
Dear Sir / Madam,
First of all my sincere thanks to Mr Williams for his kind clarification on the points raised in my application dated 25th August, 2010. I have few additional points to finally clarify on the Visa.
As already stated in my earlier application, I am a retired person and presently stay in Noida near Delhi. I plan to visit the city of Guangzhou and also intend to travel to Macau for a day or so and again return to Guangzhou before returning to Delhi. The questions I have in my mind to ask are the following:
1. Do need to necessarily submit my Passport and other papers to 'Chinese Visa Application Service Centre' (CVASC)for getting Tourist Visa? Can I not directly submit my Visa Application to the office of the Chinese Embassy in Delhi? This will save Rs 610/- towards the Charges by CVASC!
2. In case I go to Macau and again come back to Guangzhou do I need to request for 'Double Entry' Visa? What about the scenario if I further travel to Hong Kong from Macau and then return to Guangzhou?
3. I already had travelled to China in the year 2006 and the Passport has the Visa Stamp of China for that concluded journey. Also, my passport has the valid Visa for USA. Do I still need to submit the Bank Certificate showing my Bank balance in excess of Rs 1.5 Lakhs?
Your kind clarification will help me to apply properly for the required Visa for my proposed vist to China as a Tourist.
I sincerely pray that you will kindly reply to this email.
Regards & thanks,
Anil Kumar De
