Usually, the flights from Singapore to Hiroshima via China mostly transfer at Beijing Int’l Airport, not Shanghai Putong Airport. It is better for you to contact some tickets booking agencies in Singapore for the cheaper tickets as the international airfare would be more preferential at the departure city.
