About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

I am Indian travelling frequently to China for Business. Since i travel frequently single entry visa and double entry visa's were filling up my passport pages and also cost lot of money. At that time getting 6 months/1 yr multiple entry visa from India was stopped because of Beijing olympics. So i got one 6 months multiple entry visa issued in China. On expiry of it, i tried for a multiple entry visa in China, but couldn't get one because of Shanghai world expo. Then through an agent in HK i got one year multiple entry visa issued from Singapore. However personally i never been to Singapore. Is this kind of a visa considered legal & genuine.

Maybe the visa is genuine, the agent mail your application to Singapore and obtain a China visa from Singapore, however you will be in trouble if the China immigration office check your passport carefully because you have never been to Singapore, there is no entry and exit stamp of Singapore on your passport, therefore, the visa officer will know that it is impossible for you to get a China visa in Singapore, then you will be refuse to enter China by holding the visa.
