Question

I'll be going to Macau and staying in Metropole Hotel for 2 nights. After that, will take a ferry over to Hong Kong and will stay in USA Hostel for 6 nights. Please advise on what ferry & bus/mrt to take? Thank you

You can walk to Hotel Lisboa and take bus or taxi to Macau Maritime Ferry Terminal and take ferry to Hong Kong, if you take Turbojet, take MTR from Sheung Wan Station to MTR Tsim Sha Tsui Station D2.
