About:Hong Kong Octopus Card

The MTR octopus airport express traveler which costs HK$300 allows 2 Airport Express one-way trips. I don't understand what does it means by "2 airport express one-way trip ?
Does it means a "to & from" (2 way-return)the Airport. So what is one-way trip mean ?

Yes, it means to and from (round trip by express train). One-way trip means single journey from Airport to Kowloon/Hong Kong Station, or kowloon/Hong Kong station to airport.
