About:Haikou Transportation

I will be in Sanya for a few days before going to Haikou for a day. Is it possible to purchase train tickets in advance for a trip from Haikou to Foshan while I am in Sanya if the train originates in Sanya?

No, because Haikou is not the original station. You can buy train tickets the time you arrive at Haikou.
