About:China Flight

Hi, I have to fly to Mumbai form Xi’an. I have got the flight ticket form Xi'an to Hong Kong of china eastern airlines and then of Jet Airways form HKG to Mumbai. In between i have 2 hrs. I just wanted to know whether my luggage will get automatically transferred or i need to take luggage in HKG and again check in for JET Flight.

As far as I know, if you bought connecting flight tickets at a package price from Xi'an to Mumbai, you need not transfer the luggage; if you book the flight tickets with two separate trips, you need to transfer your luggage by yourselves. You'd better ask the staffs at the airport to confirm it.

Are the tickets you got through ticket or two separate tickets? If it is a though ticket, the luggage will be transferred automatically. Otherwise, you need to take the luggage on your own. About the details, you could consult your booking agencies through whom you booked the tickets.
