I'm HK resident with the card to return China, can I apply for multiple entry visa for my German husband?

I'm HK resident with the card to return China, can I apply for multiple entry visa for my German husband? What do i need? Thanks!

You can have a try to apply for multiple-entry visa for your German husband, you need to provide the copy of your Home Return Card and your information pages of HKSAR passport, which are helpful for the application.
