About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

Hi, I'm American, and married to a Chinese woman since Nov. 14TH, of 2008. We've also a baby girl, together. I've an L visa, but want a Z visa, without having to work at a company, school, etc... Is this possible? I want this, so that I may legally drive in China, and work part-time, and/or full-time, without having the school sponsoring my visa. Is it possible? Thanks.

It is almost impossible for you to get a work visa in China if you won't work in a company or a school, for work visa application, the work permit for aliens and a visa notification letter issued by the authorized Chinese unit are required. The 2 documents can be prepared by your employer, you can't organize them by yourself.

Mr.Moran, please negotiate with the training center, generally speaking, the school helps full-time employees to apply for work visa.
