About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

Hi,

The matter is rather urgent, as I already bought the plane tickets for a week from now.

I was offered an internship by a company in Guangzhou, and they sent me an invitation letter with company headers on it. The thing is, they will be paying me a salary in China, so when I went to Chinese Consulate, I was told that the letter alone is not enough: I also need some VISA letter from the local government.

Can someone explain to me what kind of letter it is, and how should I explain this to the company. Thanks!

It is an official invitation letter with a seal and code from a Chinese Ministry or a provincial government or government. when applying for an F visa, it is necessary. Just tell them, they can help you with it.
