About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Hi,
I am a U.S. citizen touring Asia just for the summer vacation. I am currently in South Korea, but would like to travel to China, then Vietnam, back to China, then back to Seoul. I plan on being in China and Vietnam for about a month total. Is it possible to get a visa at Seoul? I don't have an Alien Registration Card. Is my American passport and application with photo enough? What else do I need? How long is the processing time? Also, which visa should I get? Some people have said you are located near a bookstore? or are the directions on this website more accurate? Thank you!

The Consular Section of the Chinese Embassy in Korea (ROK) no longer accept foreigners' individual applications for Chinese visas of travel, business, study, work, transit and so on.
You can apply a L visa (visas to Hongkong are not included)through travel agencies designated by the consular Section of Chinese Embassy. You need to provide with your Hotel bookings and round-trip plane ticket to China. The general processing time is 4 working days.
