About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I am a German citizen, living permanent in the Philippines. I want to visit the exposition in shanghai with my girlfriend a Philippina.
Does we need a Visa for that travel, organized by a travel agency in Cebu?
We both have a valid passport.
I reed a German needs a Visa.
Can I get it at the Consulate-General of the People's Republic of China in Cebu?

yes, you and your wife both need a visa to Shanghai, Mainland China. You can apply for China visa through the travel agency in Cebu or submit the visa application directly to the Consulate General of China in Cebu.
