Dear Xie XiaoyanI am a professor in a Sabzevar university and want to attend a conference in Nanging.Could you please let me know how can i apply for Visa and what is the required document. is the acceptance letter from the conference admin is enough to show the reason of my travel? or i have to ask them for an official invitation?I have check the embassy's website，but i could not find any application form and other information such as application fee and so on. where can i get such info and forms? should i set an appointment before coming to embassy? A passport valid for more than six months before expiration and at least one blank page in it.b. One complete application form (The People's Republic of China Visa Application Form) with one recent passport-size photograph (black and white or color) glued thereto.c.
