About:Hong Kong Airport Bus

I will be staying at the Holiday Inn Express Causeway Bay Hong Kong. What bus should I take from the airport to the hotel? And how much is the fare for per adult and per child?

At Ground Transportation Center of Hong Kong Airport, please take the airport bus A11 and get off at the 13rd station called Wan Chai Fire Station, Hennessy Road. Then, please walk towards to the nearby Time Square, where the hotel is just located. The bus fare is HKD40/adult and HKD20/child. The journey is within one hour.

Can I use the Octopus card in the airport bus? Is there special Octopus card for children? At what age onwards that a child has to pay for the bus fare?
