6 of us will be in chengdu in mid June. we planned to visit mt. emei and Leshan giant buddha. we have 2 days for the trip. can anyone please tell me what are the buses to these 2 places from chengdu city and what is the fare like?.thnx

Mr.choy,Go to Xinnanmen Bus Station (New South Gate Bus Station) to take bus from Chengdu to Leshan Buddha. Bus fare: CNY44/51. Running time: 7:30-19:35. Interval: 20 minutes. It takes less than 2 hours. After visiting Leshan Buddha (do not waste much time to see Giant Buddha), you may take bus at Leshan Central Bus Staion (乐山客运中心) to Mt. Emei. It takes less than 1 hour and costs around CNY 8.
