About:Mount Emei

6 of us will be in chengdu in mid June. we planned to visit mt. emei and Leshan giant buddha. we have 2 days for the trip. can anyone please tell me what are the buses to these 2 places from chengdu city and what is the fare like?.thnx

Mr.choy,

Go to Xinnanmen Bus Station (New South Gate Bus Station) to take bus from Chengdu to Leshan Buddha. Bus fare: CNY44/51. Running time: 7:30-19:35. Interval: 20 minutes. It takes less than 2 hours. After visiting Leshan Buddha (do not waste much time to see Giant Buddha), you may take bus at Leshan Central Bus Staion (乐山客运中心) to Mt. Emei. It takes less than 1 hour and costs around CNY 8.
