About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hello Sir/Madam,
I'am working homebased in the philippines as a coordinator of an international market research company.
Our company Asia branch in beijing is inviting me for a business trip this coming june.
I just have problem because I don't have SSS ID and contribution and latest ITR.What should I do for this?
If I apply for 6 months multiple entries do my employer need to apply for A Visa Notification Form issued by Chinese authorized unit
or an invitation letter from my company is already enough? which is easier and faster to approve the double entries or 6 months multiple entries? Thank you

You can apply for Business Visa (F Visa). Your employer need to apply for an original Visa Notification issued by the Chinese government or organizations authorized by the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The invitation letter from your company is not sufficient for visa application.

If it is your first trip to mainland China, the below documents are also required:
a) original NBI clearance valid for travel abroad
b) employment certificate, company ID, SSS ID and contributions, TIN ID and latest ITR

So do I still need to secure my rountrip tickets and hotel reservation since their is no assurance that you will grant my F visa? Or it is needed upon checking at the airport chinese immigration?. I'm only 21 but turning 22 this coming May 14 Can I be exempted for this?and instead let the visa agent process in behalf of me since I'am far from Manila or Cebu. Thank you again
